This Shaker Heights basement home gym was on a previous client’s wish list, but it took an unfortunate water backup to create the space. The lower level finished den that was original to the house was badly damaged in a rainstorm while the clients were out of town. Unfortunately, it wasn’t salvageable, so in its place a gym was created.
