This dated bathroom in Pepper Pike, Ohio was transformed into a jewel box featuring sleek and modern details, while still managing to envelope inhabitants with warm and cozy colors and finishes. The space lives bigger than it is due to judicial use of available square footage and a single entry traffic pattern.
Project: | Bathroom |
Location: | Chestnut Lane Pepper Pike, Ohio |
Built: | c. 1973 |
Challenges: | The usual suspects… appropriately balancing budget, schedule and quality control. |
Features: | White Zeus Silestone counters, porcelain “wood” tile, glass tile, a sliding “barn” door, through-mirror wall sconce lighting, custom Amish-built cabinets, rain shower, water closet. |
Comments: | The vanity assembly with the wrap around counter is a total hit! |
“From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Karlovec and Company. Jim really got to know our style and wish list and delivered beyond our expectations. I was really impressed with how much thought, creativity, and enthusiasm Karlovec and Company put into our project! I thoroughly enjoyed the design process. Our home was protected well throughout the construction. Everyone who worked in our house was polite and friendly. The work was completed on time and within the budget. I’m looking forward to our next project with Karlovec and Company!”
