Cool Chic Kitchen, Breakfast Bar, and Dining Room

This kitchen remodeling project in Shaker Heights, Ohio was a unique challenge for Karlovec & Company (K&C) which made it quite appealing! The homeowners wanted to live in the house for another 3 – 5 years but the house had a variety of serious issues that needed to be addressed. Without making significant changes it was hard to imagine this four person family living there for another year, let alone many more years. K&C was tasked with designing, planning and executing an interior remodel that would fix all major first floor issues, as well as a variety of mechanical and aesthetic issues elsewhere in the house. A target budget was set and K&C designed and built to that budget.
